Proper training is essential for maintaining the consistency and integrity of a Spice Wing restaurant. Spice Wing sets rigorous standards for staff development. We conduct a detailed and focused training program for your key personnel at a designated training unit. This in-depth training continues through the opening of your restaurant.

Training includes 10 days at a certified training store and 8 days of onsite training in your store before Grand Opening. At Spice Wing university, our team harnesses your potential to be an Accountable leader.
FRANCHISE BUSINESS LEADER
Before, during, and after your grand opening, you’ll have a seasoned team behind your every effort. You’ll be paired with a seasoned Franchise Business Leaders who’ll give you personalized advice on the growth and development of your franchise business.
